My puppy was hit by a bike. Why is she swollen, fever, fast breathing?

A bike ran over my bitch (puppy) , she is 3.5 months old. Her lower portion of body is swelled up and she is also having fever . She occasionally starts breathing very fast. The bike ran over lower portion.. in the evening saliva was dripping out of her mouth also but now its not happening . She is not facing any problem while walking.

Poor Mimi! She could have some internal injury and bleeding going on. It is possible if she is not urinating that she may have a ruptured bladder. If possible, she needs to have Xrays taken of her abdomen at a vet clinic to see if there is internal bleeding and damage. If so, she may need to have surgery. If this is not possible, she needs to be on antibiotics and pain medication at a bare minimum. Hope that helps!
