My dog is really poorly after her lepto vaccination she's been vomiting so the vet gave her a anti sickness and steroid injection she seemed to get better but now she will not eat she will only drink water and hasn't eaten anything for 3days . She is a 3 yr old Malteseshitzu she developed a pancreatic insufficiency two years ago and this was also after the lepto vaccination, with medication she was totally on the mend now since her jab she is so poorly again. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | spayed | 2 years and 9 months old

Hello, sorry to hear about Ella. It sounds like she may need continued medical support to get over the allergic reaction she had to her vaccines. This may be in the form of fluids, benadryl or potentially more steroids. She should also have her pancreas enzymes checked to ensure she is not having pancreatitis. The lepto vaccine has definitely been associated with adverse reactions. It would be best to have Ella evaluated by a veterinarian if she is not doing well. Hope this helps and best of luck.
