Why is my dog bleeding from nose, has dark stool, and bloody urine?

Hi , we noticed this morning after walks that our Rottweilers nose was bleeding, it looks like a cut inside the nostril , we had her out this afternoon & she has very dark runny stool & blood in her urine , she is ok in herself

Iola needs to be seen by a vet immediately. Dark stool may indicate that she is bleeding inside her GI tract. Blood in urine is never normal. Nose bleeding is also not normal, and it is unlikely that she cut the inside of her nose. All of these point to a bleeding or clotting disorder, which can be life-threatening. After thorough examination and medical history, the vet will likely recommend bloodwork to try to determine the cause of her sudden bleeding so that she can receive appropriate treatment.
