What's wrong with my 5-month puppy: cough, gag, green snot, no food?

My puppy is 5 months old and its been3days and she has lack of appetite,coughs,gags and has green nasal discharge. Also it didnt poo until today. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 18 days old
