I have a 3days old chickens but I have noticed one has been shaking it's head frequently and sleeping whilst standing and the second issue is they are Brahma chicken but don't lot big to me what medication can I give to them at this early stage to keep them healthy. Unless the chicks are visibly ill you should not need to give any medication other than a starter/grower feed. All chicks start off small, however Brahma chickens will eventually get much larger in size as they grow. If one of your chicks is shaking or appears cold, you may need to adjust their heat lamp so the chick can stay warm- they have a hard time regulating temperature the first few weeks of life so having a heat lamp keeping the ambient temperature around 90F/32C that they can get closer to or move away from as needed is best.
