My dog is a mixed breed. How can I find out its exact breed?

I know it's difficult to answer what breed is my dog but I have a mixed breed but I'm unable to figure out what breed it is as I got this pup as a gift from our old neighbour who died since so unable to know what breed she had . Can you please roughly let me know ? He's 4 months old and 12.7lb . I hope these pics are enough to figure out what breed or kind it looks like . Thanks.
