Flatulence in a kitten could indicate dietary intolerance, a poorly balanced bacterial population, infection, intestinal parasites, among a few others. Showing the 3rd eyelids can be caused by sleepiness, lethargy, pain, dehydration, eye infections, etc. Kittens typically sleep more than adults do, but if Koko has no energy to play, then she may be sick. I would recommend that you have her checked out by a vet to see if there are any obvious causes of illness. If they don't find anything, then you may consider changing her food to see if everything is related to the food. Also, make sure you aren't giving her milk or cheese as treats as these can often cause flatulence and diarrhea in cats.
