My dog chews paws and has a grey spot. Could it be allergies or skin?

Hi. I've just noticed there's a small grey spot/pimple on my dog's stomach also she nibbles at her hind legs and paws regularly.

Any time they chew at their feet or body it can be a sign of environmental allergies or atopy. if there is a single spot on her abdomen you can clean the area with soap and water and apply Neosporin to help dry it up and discourage an infection. IF it begins to spread or continues to irritate her, then I would talk to your vet about allergy medication to prevent the licking and chewing as it often gets worse as they get older.
