Hello, that is an iron, copper, and B vitamins supplement with corn syrup and sugar which may increase Junior's blood sugar by administering it. I would not recommend using it in a diabetic cat unless your veterinarian approved of it after evaluating his diabetic control. Alternatively, if choosing to give it, you may be able to administer this medication during feeding times when Junior will be receiving insulin to control his blood sugar. Hope this helps.
