My dog has bumps & rash after grass/baby shampoo. Allergic reaction?

My dog has small bumps on her back & there also seems to a rash on her stomach when she lays in grass. I also used a baby shampoo on her because I didn't have regular dog shampoo. Could she have a allergic reaction to this? What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 57 lbs

If the bumps developed after you bathed Ivy, she certainly could be having an allergic reaction to the shampoo, but if the rash was already there, she might be having an allergic reaction to something else or may even have a skin infection.
