My dog has been vomiting white foam for hours. Is it an emergency?

Hi my dog has been gacking and vomiting white foam for the past 6 hours. She's vomited around 20 times. I've been feeding her a little water and glucose. Should i be concerned?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 1 day old | 17 lbs

If Jessi has been vomiting for the past 6 hours uncontrollably it would be best to seek veterinary care immediately. It is possible there is an underlying illness, foreign body or other issue that requires immediate care especially if she's continuing to hack and vomit for several hours.
