How do I get my dog's cherry eye fixed or surgically removed?

My dog, whom I assume is most likely an American Cocker Spaniel possibly half, happens to have cherry eye and I don't know how to go about getting it remove. Help please? Pet's info: Dog | American Cocker Spaniel | Female
