Why does my puppy run from poop and lick her bottom painfully, and eyelid droops?

Question

My puppy whenever she poops, she runs away from it and licks her bottom like it was painful. What could be causing this? Also, whenever my puppy is stressed, one of her top eyelids droop. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 5 days old | 6.7 lbs

You might have Lola checked out by a vet. She may have painful or impacted anal glands causing her to act this way after having a bowel movement. She should also get checked out for intestinal parasites. I can't say that the eyelid drooping is a sign of any disease. If you can get a picture of it, feel free to post it here or share it with your vet. Sometimes dogs (especially Chihuahuas) will squint their eyes a little during pain, stress, or anxiety.
