My dog has a sore on his leg and a growth by his eye. What is it?

The eye appear to be a growth from the eyelid. Due to its size it is best to have it removed so it does not run the eye and cause an ulcer or irritation. The other picture is hard to see but you can clean it with soap and water and apply neosporin topically. Your vet can check it further when you get the eye growth scheduled
