How to train a young dog that bites, barks, and jumps on counters?

My boyfriends 14 month old bulldog acts outrageous. Randomly he will decide it's time to bark loudly at you and lunges to bite you. He also jumps on counters and the table when you're eating and if you push him down he growls and barks at you then jumps up and bites you. I don't know what's wrong with him and how to fix it. Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 90 lbs

This is a training/behavior issue. You can get him neutered to start. You will need to enforce the rules and reward him when he does well.
