Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 8.2 lbs
Cat was neutered yesterday at a spay/neuter clinic. Incision site looks prolapsed (see Photo). Should I take pet for emergency service or is this acceptable although out of the norm?

This is definitely not normal, this requires a closer look to be taken by a vet, it might need to be repaired under sedation. this can wait for a normal vet apointment as long as it is no later than tomorrow morning.
