My dog has fur loss, lumps, and a growth. Should I be worried?

Hello, My dog has been loosing her fur in patches around her back legs and hip area. She also has a tag like thing growing near her eye and she has also been getting fatty lumps near her limbs. I was wondering if this was a sign for anything that I should be worried about? She is a border collie shepherd who is almost 10 years old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 9 years and 8 months old | 70 lbs

The lumps needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take her to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
