How many hours of play and exercise does my dog need daily for health?

How many hours in day should blue be active playing. He LOVES to play but equally LOVES sleep. He usually sleeps most of the day until 2 when i get off school and i play with him and walk him until 8 when we go to bed. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 5 years and 9 months old | 60 lbs
