I saw this on my dogs skin. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 9 months and 29 days old | 57 lbs

It could be local follicle infection, however, I cannot be sure without seeing and examining your dog. Follice infection tend to go away without treatment within a few days. If you notice that Marshall has plenty of them or they start to bother him, please take him to your local vet.
