I want to bath my budgie coz it is feeling very itchy and also he has lost some flufs under his wing are. Should I mist him with warm water if yes how much warm the water should be also can I use mist sprayers for bathing them? What's the best time of the day to bath them? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 7 months and 2 days old | 35 lbs
