What vaccines and diet are best for my 1-month-old GSD puppy?

My pet is 1 month gsd Plz tell me which vaccination injection should I give her. Till now now no injection and medicines are given. Plz tell me some Vegitarian food which I give her b coz she does not eat rice, chapati

At one month of age, Annie is still too young for vaccines. Her first series of vaccines should be given at 6-8 weeks of age, and she should get the DHPPi combination shot. This protects against distemper, hepatitis, parvo, and parainfluenza. You should make an appointment with your vet when she is that age to get her vaccines. As for feeding her, I do not recommend making her a vegetarian. Dogs do benefit from meat. She should be fed a puppy formulated food, not human food, in order to grow properly. Brands of puppy food I recommend are Royal Canin, Hill's Science diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. I hope this helps!

It's recommended to start the vaccination process at the age of 2 months or alternatively not taking your dog out at all until you do. the recommended vaccinations are 6 in 1 vaccine (it is given 2-3 times 2-4 weeks apart) and Rabies which is usually done last, each vaccine is done separately.

At four weeks old your puppy would start to be weaned by his mother so I recommend to introduce canned puppy food and puppy kibble that is soaked in formula. Ideally this is puppy formula and not cows or goats milk. Royal Canin makes a food for puppies this age called baby dog or starter puppy. Take a look at the package and it will tell you the age at which to use the food. Most puppies are weaned by the time they are 6 to 7 weeks of age. Vaccines start between 6 to 8 weeks of age. What should we feed a 1 Month German shepherd puppy??
Any food that is made for puppies is good. This provides all the nutrition a puppy needs and there will be no need for giving supplements. A one month old puppy should still be nursing, so if the mother is not around, then you will need to supplement milk. At 35 days old, Hunter should be getting a puppy formulated food. Puppies need higher amounts of protein, calcium, and calories than adult dogs, and a puppy formulated food will provide that. I recommend feeding him Royal Canin :-)

At a month of age, Malia is just starting to eat solid foods and shouldn't be away from her mother yet (unless orphaned). I would find a wet food or puppy starter food that can be mixed in with kibble, or mix in Malia's puppy formula with it to make a slurry that is easy to eat. Any large breed puppy diet should be fine to give as long as it is complete and balanced. Grain-free isn't really necessary unless there is an allergy to the food, but allergies are not common in a one month old puppy.

You should feed him puppy replacer milk until the age of 6-8 months, you can start some wet puppy food as well in about a week from now. he needs to eat 4-6 times a day at the moment. you don't need to give him any supplements as non of those have been proven to prevent hip dysplasia.

Feed him 4-5 times daily at his age. Puppies need to eat small meals frequently to keep glucose levels stable. As he ages, you can definitely rease the number of feedings until he is eating twice daily at about 1 year old. The brands of food you mentioned are all premium diets and excellent choices for a growing puppy. If the have "large breed" puppy formulas, those would be best to ensure Odin doesn't grow too fast. You can make a slurry or gruel by mixing the Esbilac with the kibble. Decrease the amount of liquid over the next few weeks until he is eating dry food by 8-10 weeks of age. He can begin vaccines at 8 weeks of age though you may want to have him dewormed now and then repeat it in the next several weeks.

Canidae, Acana, Orijen or Taste of the Wild are all premium diets. At her age, Nancyv should be eating a good quality food for large breed puppies. Stay away from store or discount brands as these foods typically contain low quality ingredients and fillers.

I have 5 week old puppies and am wondering when I should get their first shots and what they would include. They are German shepherds.
Around 6-8 weeks of age, they should get their first Distemper Parvovirus Adenovirus 1 and 2 (Hepatitis) Parainfluenza vaccine and Bordatella Kennel cough vaccine. They will need a Distemper booster every 3 weeks with the last one being given when they are at least 14 weeks old. The Rabies vaccine is generally given at 14 weeks of age but can be given as early as 12 weeks. Other vaccines that your vet may recommend include lepto, lyme and influenza, all of which require boosters 3 weeks after the initial dose. In addition to vaccines the puppies should be dewormed and checked for intestinal parasites via a fecal exam. Congrats and good luck!

Hello. This may be a pretty low quality food. And adding unnecessary supplements may do more harm than good. You are much better off feeding a good quality large breed puppy food such as the ones made by Purina, Science Diet & Royal Canin. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.
