My standard poodle is diagnosed with mitral valve disease.She breathes loudly, is she suffering? Is she having difficulty breathing? Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | spayed | 5 years and 10 months old | 54 lbs

If she is breathing loudly then she is having difficulties breathing which is never a really pleasant thing, if she is not on medications yet you should take her to your vet in order to put her on heart medications, this can help her condition significantly.
