My small dog has red bumps growing on her tail. What are they?

My small dog has 2 red bumps growing on her tail and it look like a third one is coming. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 lbs

Hi and thanks for posting this evening. It is hard to say what exactly the bump are without examining Buttercup and taking a sample of the bump first. I recommend this be done with you local veterinarian so it can be determined what the bumps are and whether or not they need to be removed or not. Sometimes middle aged to older dog can cysts or bumps that do not cause a problem, but it is a good idea to get them tested first just to be sure. Best of luck to you and Buttercup!
