My rat has hard lumps in its stomach that are getting bigger. What's wrong?

I thought my 5-6 month old rat was constipated because I felt a large lump in its abdomen, and it hadn't passed any feces in a day or two. Now he is using the restroom regularly, but there are still two very hard objects in his stomach. I am feeding him about half a tablespoon of pumpkin with raw honey in the morning and in the evening, and outside of that only allowing water. The masses seem to be getting slightly larger and harder. What could be wrong with my rat?

Poor Banshee. It is possible that he could be developing tumors in those area. It could also be his testicles if you don't readily see those on his underside. if to usre unsure and since you feel like they are getting bigger I would strongly recommend to have your vet look at him. Your vet will be able to take X-rays if needed. I hope this helps!
