Just found a puppy! How do I check its age, breed, and health?

I found a puppy at the gas station and id like to try and find out his age and breed , also what steps i need to take to make sure hes healthy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 6 lbs

While it is difficult to say definitively what Leo may be, he sure is cute. He may be a mix of dachshund & chihuahua, or might even have a little corgi in him. Have him examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible. He can tell you hold old Leo is, check his stool for parasites, & start him on age appropriate vaccinations.
