What ear drops are safe for a pregnant dog with ear irritation?

I have a pregnant bitch (7wks) who has an ear irritation. Can I use otodex ear drops on her, or is there anything else you can suggest please. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Female | unspayed | 22 lbs

Congrats on the upcoming puppies! She could have a bacterial or yeast infection in her canal. She could also have ear irritation just from allergies and may not need that medicine. I would recommend to have your vet look at her ears to ensure her ear drums are intact as some ear meds can cause neurological problems if given when the ear drum isn't intact. Your vet will also be able to determine the cause of the ear irritation. Take the ear drops with you and they will be able to tell you if they will be a good medicine for the infection if there is one present. I hope this helps!
