Why is my cat losing hair around its eyes? Is it ringworm?

My shorthair domestic year old cat is loosing the hair around his eyes, he's black and he looks like hes wearing white eye liner. Hoping it's not ringworm (?). Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 11 lbs

Poor Bandit. IF bandit is an indoor/outdoor cat I would be concerned about parasites, allergies or even infection. If bandit is an indoor cat I think parasites and allergies are still likely causing the hair loss. I would recommend taking Bandit to a vet to make sure the hair loss is not secondary to a skin parasites and get better direction on proper treatment. I hope that helps
