My pug has red rashes and wounds. Is it an incurable skin infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 11 months and 6 days old | 12 lbs

actually we already had a female pug which had same problem like chinna having red rashes , wounds , spots ,and rashes.when consulted by a vet he said that this is incurable and spreadable.we gave that pug. now will it be the same infection if yes please give medication it is in the starting stage.the vet said that if it is in starting stage it can be cured.please consider

I am sorry to hear about your pug. Photos of the areas you are describing may help give us more information. A thorough examination would be recommended including a skin scrape to check for mange mites, a fungal culture to check for ringworm, and cytology to check for bacteria or yeast overgrowth. There are many different possible causes for skin problems that you describe, and many can be treated with a variety of medications but we need to do testing to determine the cause.
