Why does my dog have scab-like lumps on her head and cheeks?

My dog has about 10 scab like lumps on the top of her head and a couple on her cheeks ? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 72 lbs

Skin scabs are not specific signs, so it is not possible to say what has caused them without examining your dog. Problems like skin infection, parasites, ringworm, allergy and excessive scratching can all cause scabbing of the skin. Please, take Annie to your vet to find out what is the case of the skin problem and to get treatment for her.
