Unfortunately there are no safe OTC pain relievers you can give Banana. Many human ones are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. If you are concerned she is in pain from her spay and concurrently teething, I would have her seen by vet to get some safe pain medication for her. You can also get some kitten teething toys at the pet store. Chewing on them will help temporarily relieve the pain from teething.
