My female GSD been having these for a while things on the side of her legs, their in both legs in the same spot! Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | 3 years and 6 months old

If Samantha lays on mostly hard surfaces that could explain why hers are more pronounced. But the fact they are on both sides and look the same indicates they are likely normal for her.
