My new cat is spraying and anxious. What can I use to calm him?

I have a new house and two cats. One who has been bonded to one of the renters in the house for years, but is new to the house (two weeks here free reign). The other is new to us and jew to the house. He is very social and loves us a lot, but he is exhibiting the early signs of some spraying problems (he is neutered) and seems to be anxious grooming. Is there a spray I can get to help him relax until he is comfortable in the new space with the new people? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 3 years and 8 months old | 11 lbs
