My dog ate burnt turkey bacon. Will she be okay or is it dangerous?

Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Female | spayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 31 lbs

I have a 31 lb springer spaniel that is just over 1 yr old. She ate 10 pieces a of burnt turkey bacon. Is this dangerous?

Not really toxic or dangerous, but do expect some gastrointestinal ''side effects'' as vomiting episodes and diarrhoea. If the turkey pieces were not too warm, you should not notice anything else. I would suggest to start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if you notice any diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
