Is antifreeze more dangerous for small dogs than large dogs?

Does antifreeze affect small dogs faster then big dogs? My dog is a chi-weenie weighs about 2 pounds, shes being lazy but shes eating and is responsive. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 lbs

There is no difference between the time it affects small or large dogs, the toxicity levels are according to the amount ingested. the symptoms abby is showing are very general, anti freeze would not be the first thing to jump to mind unless you have seen her drink it.
