My puppy has a flat chest and splayed legs. When should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 4 months old

Hi doc my gsd littered 2 male puppy ten days back and one of the puppy has a flat chest and his front legs are wide open I have used a surgical tape to his front and back legs I would love to see him complete recover is it advisable to consult a vet or is the tape good enough

I think it's a good idea to consult with a vet just to make sure everything is on the right track and there isn't another underlying problem that needs to be corrected as well to help your puppy grow up healthy.
