My 3-week-old kitten has a rash on its back legs. What is it?

Hello my names Kyra i am hand rearing 4, 3 week old kittens and one of them have a rash or something on his back legs i dont know what it is he has had it since i got him and i am looking for help asap thank you for your time

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It looks from your picture to be superficial skin irritation. My best guess is that it is from too much moisture "down there." This can be from laying in urine, diarrhea, or not drying well after stimulating urination and defecation. Be sure to see how this kitten stool looks compared to his litter mates. Keep all bedding clean and dry. Wash this kitten in baby shampoo and dry very very well. If the rash gets worse the kitten should be seen by a Vet. I hope this helps and good luck!
