Is my new rescue cat sick? He's sneezing clear liquid and dry retching.

Ive recently taken home a rescue cat. Ive had him about a week and the last couple of days he has been sneezing up alot of clear liquid and dry retching on occasion. Should i be concerned? (He was vaccinated just over 2 months ago). Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 1 month old | 10.25 lbs

Thunder is probably suffering from an upper respiratory infection which is common in cats, especially rescues and kittens, you will need to take him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked, the vet will probably prescribe an antibiotic suspension that should solve the problem within 1-2 weeks.
