My dog has a sudden red, hairless bump. Do I need an emergency vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 60 lbs

My pit bull has a quarter sized red raised bump thats hairless. It appeared suddenly. Should i make an emergency vet visit or wait a day or so.

It looks like an infection or an allergic reaction rather than a tumor, but it needs to be checked and treated nevertheless. i would probably recommend to try and get an apointment tomorrow with your vet if it is possible although i would not consider this as an emergency.
