Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 28 days old | 57 lbs
She's a basset lab mix and is only about 10 months old. She was mated we guess, around the middle to end of July. The vet we normally see told us she would possibly deliver between. The end of September and beginning of October. However he also said that if she began lactating that it wouldn't be long. Though, I noticed she's been lactating and her vulva has been loose and leaking discharge for about 4-5 days now. She's also been nesting for the past 2-3 days. She's her normal self otherwise.

Those are all symptoms that labor will be coming soon. You can start taking her rectal temperature 2-4 times per day, it will usually drop close to 98 (normal is 100-102) and labor should start within 24 hours.
