Is it safe to give my dog Nexgard after recent Frontline use?

Is it ok if I sprayed frontline on my dog a week and a half ago to give him a nexgaurd pill now

Yes, combining a topical flea prevention with Nexgard is completely safe. If you keep Ollie on Nexgard you will not need to use the Frontline. I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.

    I personally prefer oral flea and tick preventive as I don't like the greasy feel to the topical ones. In certain areas Frontline doesn't seem to be as effective as it used to be, so I would take that into consideration as well if there are a lot of fleas where you live. You can try it though and always switch back if you like.
