Why is my 3-month puppy bloated, lethargic, and whines when touched?

Border collie/boxer mix, 12 weeks old- has not had any vaccinations- have Doctor appt tomorrow. Have had puppy for 4 weeks- no medicines given Eats and drinks fine but stomach looks swollen or bloated. Puppy isn't happy, doesn't play at all. Lays around and is whining but not constant. Breathing seems a little labored but not extreme. If you pick her up she grunts and whines like it is hurting her. Worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 30 days old | 15 lbs

If she hasn't been wormed then it is likely due to intestinal worm infestation, tomorrow at the vet's they will deworm her and probably vaccinate her as well, the deworming should resolve those symptoms.
