Hello, thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. If this is tuna made specifically for cats, then yes you can continue feeding it. But if this is human grade canned tuna, then only use this sparingly as a treat. Human grade tuna is missing a specific amino acid necessary for a cats health called taurine. Take care.
