Usually when the temperature drops one degree from her normal temperature Sugar should have the pups within twenty four hours. If you are not sure of the breeding date she could be ready to deliver. If you are sure of the date she may be having a false pregnancy. I would continue to check her temperature twice a day and keep a chart so you know if this is her normal temperature or if it has dropped. If she is ready to have them she should have mammary development that looks like milk is ready, and her abdomen should be very distended. Dogs usually don't eat very much before giving birth. You can always take her to your veterinarian for an X-ray to see how many pups there are and if they look ready to deliver.
