Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am sorry that Leia is sick! Unless she has been directly licking the nicotine patch I do not think that is the cause of her illness. Possible causes of lethargy, anorexia and diarrhea are: viral infections, especially parvovirus, intestinal parasites, ate something outside that is disagreeing with her, food allergy/sensitivity, other toxin ingestion. Since Leia is only 8 weeks old and is only 2 lbs, I recommend taking her to the Vet today to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated or a low blood sugar from not eating. Bring a stools sample if you can. I hope this helps and I wish Leia a speedy recovery!
