Why is my young Chihuahua acting odd with high ALT liver enzymes?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 6 months old | 13.4 lbs

My Chihuahua has a ALT liver test count of 320 and she's only 1.5 years old. She's acting odd also.

This may be due to a congenital disorder (liver shunt) but ideally the ALT should be interpreted considering the reference ranges given by the lab. More tests should be ideally discussed (test of liver functionality like bile acids or ammonia or bile acids stimulation tests) in order to identify specifically the problem and give you a specific answer.
