Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Female | spayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 25 lbs
My dog hasn't eaten much since Friday. A few nibbles here and there. She isn't even enticed by her favorite treats. She also has green goop forming in the corner of her right eye. She pooped a little today and it was very hard so I got her 100% pure pumpkin and some probiotics. She started taking Prozac on 09/11 for anxiety. She's acting normal but I'm concerned because she's barely eating. Should I make an appointment with her vet?

Poor Binyah! Sometimes medications like Prozac can suppress a dog's appetite so it would be a good idea to talk to your veterinarian to see if they want you to adjust her dose. It probably is best to have Binyah examined by your veterinarian to ensure it's the medication causing a reduced appetite and not a different health issue. The hard feces makes me a little concerned for dehydration with secondary constipation. Your veterinarian can assess Binyah for dehydration and give fluids if necessary. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I hope Binyah is feeling better soon!
