Is it an emergency if my cat drank water with aspirin in it?

This is not an emergency service. You need to get your cat to a vet ASAP. Aspirin can kill your cat. You can try to induce vomiting at home but this is not recommended as there is a high chance that he will aspirate. Also, this will not help if he drank it more than 15-20 minutes ago.
