My rescue cat has gray, wart-like spots on his skin. What are they?

He has some gray spots on his skin, looking almost like a wart. I found him with his brother in the streets and after a bath the gray spots still there so I doubt they are dirt. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 13 days old
