My cat has painful, pus-filled wounds on her hip and tail. What is it?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 months and 13 days old | 4 lbs

My female cat has two open wound, one in in hip and one on the bottom part of her tail right abover her anus. There is puss and blood mixed and she has some pain when i touch it. I don't know what happened to get but what is this and what can I do?

It sounds like Cocoa has one or two abscesses....which are deep pockets of infection. Most of the time these are caused by fight wounds in cats, but there can be other causes such as impacted anal sacs. Cocoa is going to need to see your veterinarian to get a prescription antibiotic to resolve the infection. Your vet will also clean the wounds and if this is too painful, she may require some sedation. Please try to get her to your vet as soon as you can.
