My dog has worsening lesions. When should I take him to the ER vet?

My dog has lesions on his belly, under legs, and mouth that are growing worse by the day. Can/should I wait until Monday for an appointment with the vet or take him to emergency this weekend? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 years and 8 months old | 10 lbs

It's hard for me to give you an opinion without seeing the condition myself, if it looks badly infected and your dog is extremely bothered by it or lethargic- you should take him to the ER ASAP, otherwise it can wait for tomorrow.
